When you opt in to receive SMS messages from No6, we collect your mobile phone number, your name (if provided), the IP address and device information of the browser used to submit the form, and the date and time of your consent. We also log messages sent to and received from your number for operational and compliance purposes.

We use your phone number solely to deliver SMS messages from No6 on behalf of the person who invited you. We do not use your number for marketing campaigns, and we do not sell or share your mobile number or messaging data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your information is shared with Twilio Inc. solely to deliver messages (see Twilio’s Privacy Policy).

Mobile opt-in consent and text messaging originator opt-in data will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This information is used solely to send you the messages you have consented to receive.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation and then no further messages. You may also use the opt-out form on our No6 page.

We retain consent records for as long as necessary to fulfill legal and compliance obligations. Opt-out records are retained indefinitely so we do not accidentally re-contact someone who has opted out.

We use industry-standard measures to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your personal information.
