The Manifesto

Why technology should never set the ceiling on what gets built.

Technology doesn’t decide what’s possible. Ideas do — and Hard Candy exists to turn the most ambitious ones into systems that work at enterprise scale.

01 · No legacy gravity

Every product starts from what the problem actually demands — not from what an existing stack makes convenient. Old constraints don’t carry forward.

02 · Scale is a design choice

Reliability, security, and enterprise readiness belong in the first sketch. Scale is a property of how something is built, not a sprint that comes later.

03 · Peak innovation, shipped

Frontier ideas don’t get diluted on the way to production. The version that ships is the version that was worth building.

Selected work

A partial index of recent work. Identifying details withheld at client request. AI runs through each one -- accelerating how fast it ships, maintains, and grows, and shaping what the customer actually feels.

Things that ship.

No6 · Personal & Business AI Agent

Relationship matrixPer-person memoryGroup chat awareCalendar + contactsBuilds + publishes pages48-hour install

A different relationship with every person in your life — separate voice, permissions, and isolated memory per contact, enforced in code. Lives in your family group chat without intruding; only speaks when addressed. Manages Google and Outlook calendars, reads and writes both, and works from your full contact graph. Schedules actions that actually execute at a future time, not just reminders. Reads photos and voice notes, drafts and sends email across multiple identities, and learns standing policies once — delete this sender, flag anything from that person — that run on every message forever. iMessage, SMS, Telegram, email, and voice. One principal per instance. 48-hour deployment.
